Refund and Returns Policy

At Pehrava, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our returns and refund policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
- The item should not show signs of wear, damage, perfume, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or discounted products
- Customized or altered suits
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear product images
- Packaging images
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The amount may reflect in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was delivered.
For exchange requests, please contact us before sending the product back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong product was shipped
- The product arrived damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
